8-12 HRS OF COVERAGE
Regardless of package booked, 8-12 hours of on location production will be included in an effort to attain the necessary footage required to create a piece that will fulfill the necessary responsibilities of our service.
4k UHD FOOTAGE
All footage will be shot, edited, and delivered in a minimum of resolution of 3840x2160 (4K UHD), unless decided upon a 2:35 aspect ratio (widescreen format), in which case film will be shot, edited and delivered in a minimum resolution of 3840x1620.
FAA CERTIFIED AERIAL CINEMA
Drone and aerial cinematography pilots are FAA licensed, certified and abide FAA regulations and guidelines in accordance to the part 107 small unmanned aircraft guidelines. Pilots are liability insured in the event an accident occurs involving a pedestrian or bystander.
PROFESSIONAL AUDIO & LIGHTING
In an effort to attain the most engaging film possible and uphold a certain film quality and style, we use state-of-the-art cutting edge audio and lighting equipment. Thus ensuring our narrators for our film sound amazing, and our subjects look flawless.
CURATED & UNIQUE STORY TELLING
In order for our film to truly represent our couple, we need to tell their story as truthfully as we can. To make this possible, we make an effort to learn their background history (how and where they met, etc), family members and friends of our couples.
INDUSTRY STANDARD EDIT & COLOR GRADING
All films produced by PERPETUAL MOMENT, follow a professional industry standard workflow during the post production process. Ensuring a lossless quality from hard drives to your TV or viewing application.
LEGALLY LICENSED MUSIC
All music scores chosen to represent and tell your story are legally licensed through a third party service protecting your assets in the event you decide to share you’re film publicly on a social media or video platform.
PHYSICAL & DIGITAL DELIVERY
All films can choose to be delivered via a digital asset ( password protected folder with file and hosted via VIDFLOW gallery), or physical USB drive, shipped to your door.
FIVE YEARS ARCHIVED
After our efforts and responsibilities as a service are fulfilled, we will archive all your footage for a minimum of five years free of charge if by any chance a decision is made to further use our service for a new, or extended film.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY FILM TO BE DELIVERED?
Depending on the film type or additional items selected upon initial booking, completed feature films, trailers and any other additions can take anywhere between 2-4 months.
HOW MANY HOURS SHOULD I BOOK TO HAVE ENOUGH CONTENT FOR AN INTERESTING FILM?
The minimum amount of time to get enough content and make an interesting piece for our client is around eight hours. We need important content - like audio sound bites, speeches, couple’s portraits to make a proper, cohesive film from beginning to end.
I WANT TO BOOK YOU FOR MY DATE, BUT YOU’RE UNAVAILABLE, WHATS NEXT?
If we are unavailable for your date, we can provide you with an associate team and samples of their work and leave it up to our clients to decide to go through with booking us or not. If a client is uninterested in the associate team, we are more than happy to refer other cinematography vendors who we love and adore - and with a similar style of course.
